Personalised Walking Tours in Porto

My personalised 1 - hour walking tours in Porto are completely FREE of charge. I offer these tours as a gesture of sharing my love for the city with fellow travellers. If, after the tour, you feel you want to contribute to my goal’s savings by tipping, I would be very grateful! However, if you decide not to tip, that will be fine too! Your participation in my tours already contributes to my experience, and any feedback you provide helps me grow. For longer adventures, it's 15 euros per hour per person, 20 per small group or family. But hey, here's the thing – if for any reason you do not enjoy the tour, I'll happily refund your money, no questions asked. That's how confident I am that we'll have a blast together!

Travel Service Planning

The price for travel service planning will be agreed upon in each case. However, if you find that your trip and my planning fail to bring you joy, I assure you that the expenses for the services will be refunded without hesitation and at no cost to you.

Cancellations
and Rescheduling

We value your trust in us and aim to provide a flexible booking experience while ensuring fairness to all our customers. Please review our updated cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling:

   • Customers can cancel or reschedule their tour bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability on alternative dates.

   • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be accommodated based on availability, but no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their tour booking at least two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start date.

   • Half Refund: If customers cancel their tour booking between one week (7 days) and two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start date, they will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled start date.

3. No-show Policy:

   • Failure to show up for a scheduled tour without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in the full booking amount being charged, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 days of receiving the cancellation request.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the booking process.

5. Exceptions:

   • In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

Data Sharing

I respect your privacy and do not share your personal data with anyone without your consent. However, if you request me to make bookings on your behalf, I may use your data for reservations as Rasa Travel Memories. I reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
